  • Steven Sconzo
    Executive General Manager

    With more than 25 years of experience working in the luxury automotive industry, Steven brings the knowledge and perspective that is imperative to leading a successful dealership. He strives to make sure each and every customer has an exceptional experience from start to finish. "I learned a long time ago to treat every customer like they are a guest in your home," Steven says. "The main thing is making everyone feel they are part of our family from the moment they walk into the showroom until they find a new or used vehicle that meets their needs." A long-time fan of the brand, Steven has always admired the heritage and design of Jaguar vehicles and looks forward to introducing all that the brand has to offer with Jaguar Chattanooga customers. Away from work, Steven enjoys boating, fishing, sports, and most of all, spending time with his wife of 12 years and two children.

  • Scott DeFriese
    Business & Finance Manager

    Scott has been in the automotive industry for 19 years and brings a substantial amount of business knowledge to the Jaguar Chattanooga team. Providing purchasing options that our clients can be confident about, Scott takes pride in having the ability to create a positive buying experience for each client. Scott also believes that building client relationships based on trust and honesty is the key to a successful business plan. Away from work, Scott enjoys traveling with his wife Becki of 26 years as well as spending time with family and friends. If the weather is good, he'll likely be found on the golf course.

  • Desmond Hagan
    Service Manager

    With over 26 years in the automotive industry, mostly in luxury brands, Desmond sets the standard for professionalism and knowledge when it comes to providing customers with an exceptional service visit. Desmond has lived in Chattanooga for around 30 years, but he is originally from Ghana where his father was a member of the diplomatic service; English is actually a second language for him. When Desmond isn't leading our highly respected service department, you'll find him enjoying the Chattanooga outdoors by running, biking, or hiking, or spending time with his wife of 28 years and their son. 

  • Wayne Palmer
    Parts Manager

    Wayne has been the parts manager for Jaguar Chattanooga since 2015. "I have roughly 30 years of experience in the automotive field and I look forward to the opportunity to assist you with any automotive needs!" Outside of the workplace, he enjoys kayaking, motorcycling, and cooking.

    Service Advisor

    After graduating from Southern Adventist University in 2007, Justin began his career in the automotive services industry, and more specifically, the management thereof. He brings extensive knowledge and perfection to the Jaguar Chattanooga service department, and he believes in representing not only the service shop but the entire dealership. "My position requires me to be the liaison between the shop and the customer as well as the liaison between the dealership and the manufacturer," Justin says. In his spare time, Justin enjoys on- and off-road motorcycles, boating, shooting, hunting, and fishing. He's also a pilot which is a trend among the males in his family.

    British car brands have always been of great appeal to Zac, and when he joined Jaguar Chattanooga in 2011, it was a great fit for both him and the dealership. Zac has a flawless sense of professionalism, and he strives to make sure his customers leave happy with their new purchase. "I try to provide my customers with a logical and relaxed car buying experience." "Above all, I aim to make sure they find the perfect car for them." Prior to car sales, Zac spent a large portion of his life teaching music. He is still an avid trumpeter today. Zac also enjoys spending time with his wife, his three rescue dogs, hiking, and maintaining his vintage vehicles.

    Title Clerk

    With 17 years of title work experience, Renita is a valuable asset to our team. She is responsible for completing vehicle paper work and filing vehicle owner titles and registration. "One thing I provide the customer, is assurance they will be taken care of." "I have a lot of experience with title work, and I know what I'm doing." Renita is a Chattanooga native and has been with the company since 2014.
